Overall, I’ve been really happy with this quilt. The footbox is warm and has plenty of room for my feet, but getting it closed up took me, well, I had to mess with it a couple times before it felt right. Not a huge issue, just a bit fiddly when you’re tired and trying to settle in at camp. Still glad I got it

My order ended up taking way longer than expected, which was frustrating. I tried reaching out to support, but it felt like I was stuck in a loop getting the same generic responses without any real update. By the time it finally arrived, I was just annoyed with the whole experience

The site was easy to use, and I found what I was looking for without much effort. Everything was laid out clearly enough, which I appreciated.
Checkout was simple too. The pages loaded fine, there weren’t any confusing steps, and the order summary was clear before I paid.

I’ve used this quilt a few times now, and the temperature rating feels close to what’s advertised. In damp cold conditions, though, it did feel maybe a little optimistic to me. Not sure if that’s just how I sleep or if others have noticed the same, but overall it seems about right.

I tried to exchange a quilt for a different size it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. The quilt itself is fine, no real complaints there, but the exchange process was annoying. Replies took a while, and I kept getting inconsistent answers about what I needed to do next, which made the whole thing more confusing. On top of that, I had to pay for shipping again. Just not a great experience overall.

The site has a lot of product details, which I appreciated, but I still had to click around quite a bit to really understand some of the options. The temperature ratings and sizing info were useful, but not sure how to explain it, they just didn’t feel super clear right away. Overall it’s not bad, I just wish the product pages made the differences a little easier to compare.

Washing it was straightforward and the care instructions were easy to follow. overcomplicating the cleaning would be unnecessary since it’s really not hard to do. The only thing is it took a little longer to dry than I expected

I really wanted to like this, the quilt itself is plenty warm. The pad straps just drove me nuts though. They kept sliding around during the night, and I woke up half off my pad more than once. Maybe I’m missing something with the setup, but at this price I expected it to stay in place a lot better.

I got my quilt last week and the fabric is really nice soft without feeling slick. I sleep light so I was a little worried it would make that crinkly sound but it stays quiet when I move around. It already feels way better than my old bag and I’m really happy with it so far.

It fits good overall and feels nice and warm. It’s maybe a little bit tight in some spots, but not too bad.

This came quicker than I was expecting, and the tracking was easy to follow. The package showed up in good shape and everything was fine with that, no issues at all.

I had a frustrating experience with the warranty repair. It took way longer than I expected, and I didn’t feel like I got much help along the way. I also wish the instructions had been clearer from the start, because I wasn’t always sure what I needed to do next or who to contact.

I picked this up thinking it was going to be one of those purchases where you immediately go, “Yep, totally worth it.” When it arrived, I’ll admit the quality felt solid right away, and it definitely doesn’t come across as cheap or flimsy. But after using it for a bit, I kept thinking that for the price, I expected just a little more. It’s not bad at all, and I don’t regret buying it, but I also wouldn’t call it the best value for me...

so I was disappointed with this. The stitching started coming loose way earlier than I expected, and a few of the seams just feel kind of sloppy. I wasn’t even using it that heavily, so for the price, I really thought it would hold up better. I probably wouldn’t buy it again...

Every time I made one small adjustment, something else seemed to be off. Maybe it works well once you finally get it dialed in, but for me it was just frustrating. It also kind of gave me the impression that the company was more focused on selling the product than making sure the setup experience was actually easy for customers.

I’m happy with this quilt overall. I had a good feeling about ordering it, and I’m glad I trusted my instinct. It’s really light and packs down smaller than I expected, which makes a big difference in my backpack. I only took off one star because the stuff sack feels a little tight, but otherwise it’s been a solid buy.

I was mostly paying attention to the color when I ordered, and it’s close to the pictures. It’s just a little darker in person than I expected, but not by much.

Customer service did get back to me and answered my questions, so that was good. It just took a couple of days, and I had to follow up once before I heard anything. They were friendly when they finally replied, which I appreciated. Overall, it was okay support, just not the fastest.

I was actually surprised that most of the quilts I looked at were available, because I kind of expected half of them to be out of stock. One color I really wanted wasn’t there, which was annoying, but I found another option quickly. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service since I usually don’t trust them to give a straight answer anyway, but overall the shopping part was easy.

I was really trying to make the quilt work because I liked the general idea, but the customization process just got frustrating fast. The options felt confusing, and kind of limited, so I kept second guessing the colors and sizes. Maybe it works fine for other people, but I couldn’t get a combination that actually made sense for what I wanted. I ended up giving up and ordering from somewhere else.
